OAU DSA URGES STUDENTS TO VACATE HOSTELS TOTALLY AFTER EXAMS.

The Division of Student Affairs, Obafemi Awolowo University, informed  Students, currently
residing in the Halls of residence, to vacate their bedspaces and remove all personal belongings
after their exams. This was communicated on the 8th of February, in a public release signed by the Division.

"This includes their sleeping matrasses as soon as the University goes on
vacation at the end of the 2016/2017 academic session." the release stated.
 
    The release added that the Division
will
not be responsible for any loss or damage of property. "No Student is
permitted to occupy in any room until the official allocation of such room
is made."

  However,  Final year students and Non-Final year returning students in all faculties, except Clinical Sciences
and Dentistry, who are interested in residing in the halls of residence in
during the 2017/2018 academic session are to apply for available bed
spaces via the e-portal as from 8pm, Friday, 16th February, 2018.


   Students should note that accommodation allocation will be revoked
if payment is not made within the stipulated time and that the allocation will be based on a first-come-first-served
basis.
